This one is possibly post war made but it is rather hard to say as they didn't really change these tins much for several decades

This would be used for picnics or "kaffee und kuchen" to sweep crumbs of the table and keep it clean

It measures about 5 5/8" (including the lid) and 3 7/8" across

It looks unsmoked, but it does have some storage wear. It is entirely made from some form of pressstoff or Bakelite with a rather thin wall design. It may have been made to pair with a ceramic bowl insert.
